Project description:
The project
„Cultural Diversity for Social Inclusion” came with an innovative and creative
approach to attract young people with fewer opportunities for involvement in
cultural activities to contribute to their development and social inclusion.
The
training activities were based on methods of non formal education and were
complementary to provide the participants a learning process based on practical
skills development, exchange of experience and good practices, receiving
information from experts, and others.
As a
long-term impact, the project aims to develop the capacity of participants and
promoters to organize local, national and international projects that address
the issue of social inclusion of young people through cultural activities.
Project activities:
The topics
of the training included: youth with fewer opportunities, cultural diversity,
strategic planning, organizational management, cultural, social and linguistic
differences in the European area, the development of competences, Erasmus +
Programme and others.
Participants
were involved in methods such as: conceptual delimitation, SWOT analysis,
presentations, specialized inputs, take a step forward, sketch, exchange of
good practices, workshops, debates, brainstorming.
Project results:
The project
results include trained youth workers to act through cultural activities for social
inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities, organizational strategy for
inclusion of young people through cultural actions, increased partnership
between involved organisations, T-kit, project movie.
At the end of the training participants received
Youthpass certificates.
